This 35 km tour begins in mountainous landscapes and ends in the plain. It is our longest and most complete tour. It is up to you to do it in two or three days.
Your journey begins among stone and sand beaches at a rather relaxed rhythm. You will experience the first adrenaline shots from Colombières on (21 Km) with a 30 meter long waterslide.
When you see the suspension bridge of Tarassac, get ready. During 600 meters, there are several rocks to avoid. You will decrease elevation (10 meters) passing the rapids “Grille” and “Moulin”. According to some of our customers, you have done the most difficult part once you have passed these rapids. Watch out in any case as there might be more surprises. There is a rapid approximately every kilometer and still plenty of time on the river left…
The second day, starting from Tarassac, the Orb is positioned toward South. From now on, you are slowly reaching the plain.
Vineyards and olives trees come after the mountainous landscapes and the huge trees of the day before.
On your way down, you will discover rapids, beaches and the Gorges.
You spend your second night in Roquebrun which is the southern entrance to the Natural Park of the Haut Languedoc.
After two days of practise, you will be able to cope with the rapids named “Trou du curé” and “Equerre”.
On your way down to Cessenon, you will discover rapids, beautiful beaches, a cave, a water spring and another waterslide.
